Conventional Fan Bulbs & Energy-Saving Alternatives

All bulbs in this category are recommended for use in ceiling fans.  All are available with optional Candelabra, Intermediate, and/or Standard base adapters. You can select the desired adapter when adding bulbs to your cart. If the bulbs need to fit underneath a cover (bowl, globe, etc.) on your fan, we recommend measuring inside to determine the maximum bulb length that will fit. If your fan has a built-in dimmer, choose an incandescent, halogen, or dimmable CFL bulb.  Standard (non-dimmable) CFLs won't work with dimmers.
