  • This guarantee is made to the direct purchaser of the bulb from us, and does not extend to anyone else who may subsequently buy or use the bulb.
  • We guarantee all compact fluorescent bulbs (excluding cold cathode / 25000 hour types) against failure for 1 year from date of purchase.
  • If a covered bulb fails within 1 year after date of purchase, simply e-mail us (to CustomerService@CFLUniverse.com) or call us (at 661-338-2579) to request a replacement.  Please identify the invoice number (or confirmation number) on which the bulb was purchased, and the type of bulb.
  • In most cases, we will not require you to return the failed bulb to us.  If we do ask you to return the failed bulb to us, we will reimburse you for the postage.
  • We will dispatch the replacement bulb immediately if in stock, or suggest an alternative if an exact replacement is not readily available.
Cold Cathode / 25000 Hour Compact Fluorescents Warranty Information
  • This guarantee is made to the direct purchaser of the bulb from us, and does not extend to anyone else who may subsequently buy or use the bulb.
  • We guarantee all cold cathode / 25000 hour compact fluorescent bulbs against failure for 2 years from date of purchase.
  • If a covered bulb fails within 2 years after date of purchase, simply e-mail us (to CustomerService@CFLUniverse.com) or call us (at 661-338-2579) to request a replacement.  Please identify the invoice number (or confirmation number) on which the bulb was purchased, and the type of bulb.

EarthLED Products (Including LumiSelect LED) Warranty Information
  • This guarantee is made to the direct purchaser of the bulb from us, and does not extend to anyone else who may subsequently buy or use the bulb.
  • Each EarthLED Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship in its intended use (normal wear and tear excepted) for 2 years from the date of purchase from CFLUniverse.com.
  • If a covered product exhibits a defect in material or workmanship within 2 years after date of purchase, please e-mail us (to CustomerService@CFLUniverse.com) or call us (at 661-338-2579) for instructions. Please identify the invoice number (or confirmation number) on which the product was purchased, and the type of bulb.
  • We will instruct you on how to return the product to EarthLED for examination. If EarthLED verifies that the product was defective in material or workmanship, EarthLED will repair / replace or refund the cost of the product. (The choice of repair / replacement or refund will be at EarthLED's discretion.)
